Stop Fighting the Same Fires in 2027
How EOS Helps Your Leadership Team Get Aligned, Accountable, and Executing
The January Problem
Every January, you sit down with big goals for the year. Your team nods along, everyone's energized, and the plan looks great. Then February hits. A key customer needs attention, a hire falls through, and someone needs an answer only you seem to have. By spring, you're back to fighting the same fires you fought last year, and those big goals are sitting in a document nobody's opened in weeks.
If that feels a little too familiar, you're in good company. Most growing companies hit a point where the informal way of running things, with the owner in the middle of everything, stops keeping up. Your people are good and your goals are good. What's usually missing is a shared system for turning those goals into results, and that's exactly what EOS is built to provide.
Getting Everyone on the Same Page
Most leadership teams think they agree on where the company is going, right up until they try to write it down. Brian will show you how EOS gets your whole team clear on the vision and the plan to get there, so people make decisions that pull in the same direction even when you're not in the room.
Turning Big Goals Into 90-Day Wins
Big annual goals feel far away, which makes them easy to put off. EOS breaks them into a short list of 90-day priorities, each with one clear owner. It's a simple shift, and it's often the moment a team starts finishing things instead of just starting them.
Accountability That Doesn't Depend on You
When accountability lives in the owner's head, the owner becomes the bottleneck. You'll see how EOS builds it into the structure of the company, with each leader owning a few weekly numbers and knowing exactly what their seat is responsible for.
Solving Problems So They Stay Solved
Every company has a handful of issues that keep coming back. EOS teams use a simple process to get to the real root of a problem and settle it, instead of rehashing the same thing every week. Brian will walk through how it works in an actual meeting, and why it frees up so much of the owner's time.
Why So Many
Companies Run
on EOS
EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, is used by over 100,000 companies around the world. It's built around six key components every business has to manage well: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. When those start working together, the business gets a lot easier to run and a lot more ready to grow.
If you already use Profit First, this will feel familiar in the best way. Profit First gives your money a system. EOS gives the rest of your business one.
Try This Before the Workshop
Ask each of your leaders to write down, on their own, the company's top three priorities for the next 90 days. Then compare the lists. If they don't match, don't worry. You've just found the first thing worth fixing, and you'll have a great head start going into Brian's session.

Brian is a Professional EOS Implementer and the founder and CEO of the Strategy & Innovation Institute (Si2), based in Sacramento. He works with business owners across Northern California and Nevada to help them build stronger, more disciplined companies. We've known Brian as a trusted colleague for several years, and we're excited to finally bring him to our community.
He brings 30 years of consulting and sales experience, working with everything from scrappy startups to major companies like Verizon, Sprint, Intel, and Cisco. Brian holds a doctorate in strategy and innovation from Capella University and an MBA from the University of Warwick in England, and he's spent his career studying how businesses really grow and compete.
At heart, though, Brian is an entrepreneur. He grew up watching his dad and grandfather run their own small businesses, spent years in sales himself, and once ran a side business that ended in bankruptcy. He calls that one of the biggest lessons of his life, and it's part of what led him to EOS, a system that gives owners real structure and accountability so they don't have to figure it all out alone.
